Application

Apply for the 30-Day Labor + Revenue Risk Inspection.

This is the qualification gate for the paid pilot. The call decides whether Revenue Watchdog should inspect labor waste, pipeline risk, estimate follow-up, call handling, callbacks, overtime, scheduling gaps, and manager accountability for 30 days.

Apply only if the meeting can decide a paid pilot.

Pilot options are $10,000, $15,000, or $25,000 credited toward full installation. If Revenue Watchdog does not identify $250K-$500K in annualized recoverable labor/revenue opportunity, the pilot fee is refunded under agreed terms.

Labor risk

You suspect overtime, callbacks, idle time, schedule gaps, dispatch quality, or technician utilization are hurting margin.

Sales risk

You suspect missed calls, missed estimates, stale proposals, slow follow-up, bad forecasts, or weak manager execution are hurting revenue.

Authority

The person applying can approve the pilot or bring the signer into the next call.

Source evidence

The company can provide exports instead of opinions, screenshots, or verbal manager updates.

Do not apply if:

  • You want a free audit, software demo, HR review, payroll consultation, CRM setup, AI automation, sales training, agency review, or general strategy session.
  • You cannot provide job, payroll, call, estimate, CRM, dispatch, schedule, callback, invoice, or manager/location records.
  • No executive can enforce manager accountability if the inspection documents labor waste or revenue performance gaps.
  • A paid pilot is not rational even if the approved data documents $250K-$500K in annualized recoverable opportunity.

Data ready

You can export job, payroll, call, estimate, CRM, dispatch, schedule, callback, invoice, and manager/location records.

Data owner named

One person can provide source records and answer labor, sales, and demand execution questions during the inspection.

Executive authority

The buyer can require manager behavior change when labor waste or revenue performance gaps are documented.

Economic fit

The business can rationally approve a $10K-$25K paid pilot if the $250K-$500K opportunity case is plausible.

Upgrade path

Leadership can consider the $67K installation or $18K/month operating partnership if the pilot proves the case.
